At first glance this looks like a ‘disturbingly’ graphic picture, but if you take a closer look you will see it is actually just a very awkward optical illusion.
The photo, which shows a bald man stooping down to give his baby a kiss, has attracted more than three million views on social media site Imgur and thousands of comments.
It initially prompted confusion for many viewers, who mistook the father’s hairy shoulders, bald head and left ear for his bottom.
But many then took to social media to express their relief after realising it was actually just a tender family moment. Min Eka shared the image on a Facebook group, saying: ‘I thought I would share this photo with all you mummys as it made my immaturity side giggle after a hard hot day with bubs.
‘I literally thought the below picture was a butt****.’
Melisah Watson commented: ‘Gotta say I’m with you on that, had to have a really good look before I started to giggle.’ Kylie Baker said: ‘Hahaha that seriously took me a little while to realise what was happening there.’
One user commented: ‘Such prolonged horror. My brain desperately reworked its perspective looking for something less heinous. It took way too long.’
And another said: ‘Me, too. It was so difficult. Get that man a hat. Or hair.’
The photo shows the father leaning over the baby while the mother looks on lovingly and plays with the newborn’s legs.
It now has almost 2,000 comments on Imgur.

I must say the story and comments took the fun out of this picture, i had to look closely before i cud see what u all were talking about cos after reading, i saw straight away the bald headed man kissing his kid.
